Shipping policy

How long will my order take to ship?

All orders will be sent within 1-3 business days via Australia Post with a registered tracking number. You will receive an email to say it’s been shipped with the relevant details.

Depending on your delivery location, normal post is estimated 5-7 business days & Express post approximately 2-4 business days. Unfortunately there may be delays in shipping times. Please see the Australian Post website for more information on shipping times.

Do you ship world wide?

We currently only ship in Australia, but if you need shipping to another country please email us and we can arrange it for you.

 

Can I cancel my order?

In the event you no longer wish to have your item and we haven’t sent your order, please contact us immediately for a refund. Unfortunately if your order has been sent, it cannot be cancelled but you can use our returns policy.
